What is the faithHighway Cancellation Policy?

The policy states that you agree to maintain services with faithHighway for the duration of your term. An early termination fee of $50 will apply if you choose to terminate your services prior to the end of your term.

faithHighway requires a 90 day written notice for cancellation of your website. Please submit a written request to billing@faithhighway.com. Upon receipt of your 90 day cancellation notice, your cancellation will be processed. You will remain responsible for all fees and charges during this termination period. Your website will be deactivated at the end of the 90 day period.

If you pay annually for hosting and elect to terminate services with faithHighway prior to the end of the annual billing, you will not receive a refund. Prepaid annual hosting is non-refundable.

To explain the ASP billing policy, when you paid the full year upfront, you received a 10% discount for pre-paying. Resources were secured based upon that contractual commitment to ensure consistent fulfillment of deliverables and services.
